• Registration details found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading
• Account shows no activity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account)
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, MRTM Slot reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance, including cash and bonuses. For accounts closed at the member's own request or for reasons not involving a breach, any valid balance will be returned within 14 business days upon completion of the review process.

8 Liability Limits
